Ship yard hydraulic testing is not transferable to this role.
Need pressure testing experience between 5,000PSI to 25,000PSI.
Fiber experience should be heavily based in fusion splicing and perform OTDR testing through these fusion splices.
Most of the fiber experience is setting up networks in large stores and troubleshooting connection issues and not performing actual testing.
The F.A.T. Technician performs factory authorized (FAT) or verification testing and related tasks for the completion of OSS Umbilicals & Products.
