If you have experience with mechanicalassembly, blueprint reading, and hand & power tools, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Assemble and sub-assemble sailboat pulley systems and mechanical components

  • Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings

  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks

  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy

  • Follow production schedules and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

What We're Looking For

2+ years of assembly experience with a stable work history

At least 1 year of blueprint reading experience

Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and meet production goals

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
