This is a wonderful opportunity for any individual looking to gain manufacturing experience and would like to grow with us! We encourage continuous development of our associates with cross training throughout the assembly floor. $17 starting pay, more based on experience. Our 2nd shifters will earn an additional $1.50/hr. shift premium on top of their base pay, and 3rd shifters will earn ad additional $2/hr. You will become a "certified" assembler in your first 6-9 months, increasing your pay to $19, plus the shift premium if you are on 2nd or 3rd shift.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Assembly of lights using blueprints and work orders
Perform daily and weekly 5s procedures
Set up and operation of various machines including: Potting Machines, Sonic Welder, Multi-voltage testers, Rivet Machine, Shrink tubing, Micrometers, Air presses, Pneumatic drivers and crimpers
Qualified Candidates will possess:
Strong communication skills
The ability to multi-task
Strong Interpersonal Skills
The ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to lift up to 34LBS unassisted
Ability to stand up to 9 hours
Ability to work overtime during the week
Ability to work overtime on weekends unless exempt for Religious purpose (infrequently)
Shift Times Available:
1st shift: 6:45am-2:45pm Monday - Friday
2nd shift: 3:15pm-11:15pm Monday-Friday
3rd shift: 11pm-7am, Sunday-Thursday
