About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring assembler workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Hibbing, MN. In this role, you'll help build quality electronic and mechanical assemblies in a production environment while working with a supportive team. What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• Interpret work orders, production routers, BOMs, and product manuals
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components and printed circuit boards
• Operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Align and position components using fixtures or hand tools
• Perform inspections and basic go/no-go testing to ensure quality standards
• Complete intermediate processes such as coating, bonding, and curing assemblies
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Basic computer skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring devices, crimpers)
• Knowledge of ESD handling procedures preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with ISO9001 standards
• Mechanically inclined; manufacturing experience helpful but not required
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
