As our global expansion continues, we are looking for passionate people to join the team and help take our department to new heights.In this role, you will:Foster healthy relationships with staff, vendors, and guests, while demonstrating a superior customer service attitudeMaintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times that is in compliance with GOAT Group's uniform standardsAssist in reviewing POST Orders for your assigned facilityEnsure that all aspects of POST Orders are in place, monitored, and enforcedAssist in enforcing the facility-level IIPP Program, Emergency Evacuation Procedures, and the Fire Prevention ProgramAssist with access control compliance, the visitor program, and access card auditsThoroughly examine and record logistics carrier information in accordance with CTPAT compliance standards where applicableComplete opening/closing checklists and communicate findingsSupport the local management team with any planned and/or special eventsControl entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to GOAT Group PolicyConduct thorough package inspections, including jackets/coats anytime employees are exiting the facility (warehouse/retail store)Monitor all surveillance camerasReview CCTV footage to document after-hours building opening/closing proceduresAssist in the process of evicting trespassers and violators and detain perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive at the sceneBe trusted to make smart decisions, consistent with applicable guidance and policies, requiring good judgment both proactively and reactivelyAny other duties as assigned by Asset Protection, Workplace Services, and/or OperationsWe are looking for:A motivated and team-oriented individual with one or more years of Distribution Center and/or Retail store experience. This includes the following:High School Diploma or equivalentSecurity Guard and/or Asset Protection experience preferredAudit and compliance experience preferredAbility to coach and train team membersAbility to confidently handle personal and/or sensitive informationAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the evolving needs of the business to include nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to complete expected responsibilities under minimal supervisionPlanned/unplanned overtime may be requiredCCTV, NVR, Google Suite, Excel, Powerpoint, and IOS experience is a plus for this position, but not requiredAbility to work in a typical warehouse or retail environment. This could include dust, fluctuating temperatures, and extended time frames of sitting, standing, and/or walkingThe hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options).
