Assistant Kitchen Manager

As Assistant Kitchen Manager, your primary objective is to coordinate efforts with the Kitchen Manager to maintain the highest quality products possible and maintain a low food and labor cost consistent with company standards. The Assistant Kitchen Manager also helps to develop a well-trained staff, capable of preparing great food consistently. The Assistant Kitchen Manager is expected to do everything in his/her power, without hesitation, to ensure that every meal prepared is to the best of their ability.

Requirements:

• Help train and develop kitchen team members
• Previous experience with ordering and managing kitchen costs and portioning a plus
• 2+ years of kitchen experience required
• Previous kitchen management experience a plus
• Weekend and evening availability required
