Earnings and growth potential are excellent but on top of that, we also have work/home balance.Job SummaryThe Assistant Store Manager is directly responsible for driving sales, developing the team's skills and reinforcing our culture. They will be expected to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain and update a prospecting system. They must be continuously learning all products, services, and marketing promotions.Our team works inside a retail showroom in a high‑integrity, relational sales environment. Our product assortment is very broad, from premium washers and dryers to luxury appliances. Consultative sales skills, attention to detail and a goal‑driven mentality are critically important in this position.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving personal and store goals/objectivesGenerates quotes/invoicesDemonstrates sales leadershipMaintains store appearance standardsPromotes and reinforces the high‑integrity, luxury sales environmentMeets with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions, and provide follow‑up instruction and technical assistance for all aspects of our products and service offerings.Utilizes and updates our contact relationship management (CRM) tools.Qualifications5 years of experience with big‑ticket sales (ex. appliances, electronics, auto)Prior sales management experience is preferredWillingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self‑disciplineAssistant Store Managers are commissioned sales professionals and earn well above the industry average. There is an initial 4‑week period with training pay to cover the ramp‑up period while learning and building a pipeline of sales.In total, an Assistant Store Manager should earn $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
