    Description

    Job Summary This role leads the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales objectives, manage store operations, uphold merchandising standards, and optimize inventory processes. The position involves coaching staff, leveraging industry insights, and driving business success.Responsibilities Coaching retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Facilitating effective onboarding and ongoing development of new hires to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring consistent store presentation and operational functionality of product demos.Partnering with the Store Manager to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resolving customer escalations efficiently.Implementing operational procedures to enhance store efficiency, with a focus on inventory control and back-of-house organization.Leading inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts and adherence to inventory management best practices.Analyzing performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process optimization within the store environment.Providing expert knowledge on products and services, staying abreast of industry trends to inform and educate the sales team.Ensuring regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and a variable schedule that includes nights, weekends, overtime as necessary.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience and coursework considered.5-7 years of related retail sales or store operations experience.Strong communication and customer experience skills.Proficiency with digital tools and retail technology preferred.Required Skills and Experience • Communication, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service• Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)EEO Statement Comcast is an equal opportunity workplace.
