The role focuses on leading a team to grow and deepen customer relationships by delivering TD's model of convenience, sales, and advice, and differentiating with a personalized, connected experience. This role can lead the store with minimal direction and has the knowledge and experience to make decisions for day‑to‑day work on the teller line or platform.Depth & ScopeLeads a team of advice and service colleagues in achieving individual and store objectives that result in legendary customer and colleague experiences.Provides day‑to‑day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective and efficient delivery of personalized/complex service and advice activities while maintaining compliance.Leads the team in overseeing the most complex or diverse sales advice activities that involve complete multiple‑step processes across numerous systems.Possesses comprehensive knowledge of financial concepts, a broad range of products, and services to deliver end‑to‑end advice.Drives advice activities by coaching, observing, and ensuring proactive product recommendations.Effectively handles critical high‑risk issues and determines appropriate resolution actions.Develops the team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.Manages advisory team on advice‑giving strategies and product/acumen.Establishes work direction and role ownership to achieve daily, quarterly, and annual objectives.Provides real‑time insights and tools for financial management.Contributes to business growth by identifying advice opportunities and referrals.Participates in community events and promotes the TD brand.Manages lead generation and appointment scheduling activities.Education & ExperienceUndergraduate degree or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience working with customers and/or sales.Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to provide legendary customer service.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Sales and operational management skills.Ability to manage competing priorities.Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.Proficiency with expense management.Notary License preferred.Must maintain an active NMLS registration upon hire to engage in loan product conversations.Customer AccountabilitiesCreate an environment where team interacts with customers warmly and engagedly.Proactively attract, acquire, and retain customers, advice opportunities, and referrals.Establish strong partnerships among colleagues handling day‑to‑day transactions.Support customers through challenging times and life events, aligning them with best products.Ensure optimal colleague scheduling to meet customer demand and compliance.Act as escalation point for customer problem resolution.Create personalized experiences by understanding each customer's needs.Support the bank's customer service strategy.Consider impact of decisions on TD, customers, and stakeholders.Provide highest level of service to internal partners, vendors, and customers.Maintain professional and inviting store environment, ensuring compliance with regulations.Shareholder AccountabilitiesLead and drive operational compliance of all store operations including teller and platform.Oversee daily processes, transactions, and quality of work.Ensure efficient store operations by adhering to bank policies and passing audits.Perform daily store activities such as account maintenance, wire transfers, and cash management.Develop and lead store operational excellence plan.Manage vault and drawer audits.Identify and mitigate risk;
