You will support client engagements focused on logistics, distribution, supply chain strategy, transformation, and tech‑enabled analytics & process improvements .You will work with teams to help organizations improve the way they design their supply chain, channel, distribution, warehousing, and logistics as well as monitor, manage, and continuously improve the same. This role is well‑suited for candidates with end‑to‑end supply chain experience from strategy, design, execution, and improvement, especially those who can bridge strategy with tech enablement.What You'll DoSupport client projects focused on logistics, distribution, and supply chain transformation spanning people, process, and technology/data.Assess current‑state supply chain and distribution processes to identify opportunities for improvementDesign future state strategies, tech, and process transformationContribute to the development of transformation monitoring platforms and performance tracking approaches for ongoing management and continuous improvementSupport initiatives involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and related cross‑functional technologiesTranslate business requirements into process and system improvement recommendationsAnalyze operational/process data to support insights and decision‑makingDeveloping and leading teams through the creation of client‑ready deliverables, presentations, and end‑to‑end project delivery.Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across business and technical teams (ex – trade, IT/Tech, commercial, etc.)What You'll Bring3+ years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain operations, or supply chain transformationBachelor's degree in Engineering (all disciplines considered), Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience with distribution, logistics and/or warehouse operationsFamiliarity with supply chain transformation programs and process improvement initiativesExposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation management systems (TMS), and other cross‑functional enterprise systemsStrong problem‑solving, communication, project & stakeholder management, and team leadership skillsAbility to work across business and technical teams in a fast‑paced environmentFluency in EnglishClient‑first mentalityIntense work ethicCollaborative spirit and problem‑solving approachPreferredProven track record in managing and delivering transformation projects spanning strategy & business tech experience in supply chain, logistics, and distribution.Experience in both Strategy & business technology (BT)/systems‑enabled transformation workExperience building or supporting monitoring tools/platforms for operational or transformation performanceFamiliarity with process refinement and continuous improvement across internal supply chain operationsExperience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, or other operational environmentsHow you'll growCross‑functional skills development & custom learning pathwaysMilestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunitiesInternal mobility paths that empower growth via s‑curves, individual contribution and role expansionsPerks & BenefitsZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well‑being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
