High Fidelity operates licensed cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensary facilities across Missouri, producing high-quality medical cannabis products distributed throughout the St. Louis region.The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting daily dispensary operations, team performance, and customer experience. This position works closely with the Store Manager to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional service standards while helping lead and develop the dispensary team.Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and shift leadershipAssist with training, coaching, and performance oversight of Cannabis SpecialistsEnsure compliance with all state, local, and company cannabis regulationsOversee customer and patient experience, resolving issues professionally and efficientlyApply discounts, approve transactions, and assist with cash handling as neededSupport inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and accuracy checksMaintain a clean, safe, and organized store environmentEnforce security procedures and respond appropriately to incidents or emergenciesStep into management coverage when the Store Manager is unavailablePerform additional duties as assignedRequirements & Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or olderMinimum of 2 years of customer service experienceMinimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferredExperience in retail, cannabis, or regulated environments strongly preferredWorking knowledge of POS systems and inventory processesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environmentAble to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsMust be detail-oriented, reliable, and a team playerMust be able to pass a criminal background check administered by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
