Responsibilities- Identify and inspect residential properties for potential storm-related roof damage
- Conduct professional damage assessments and clearly present findings to homeowners
- Educate homeowners on the restoration process, timelines, and available funding options
- Negotiate and secure service agreements for roofing and restoration services
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to support homeowners throughout the claims process
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and meet established sales performance goals
Qualifications - 1-2 years previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is preferred
- Experience with lead generation, canvassing, or similar outreach activities is preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle transportation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
- Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection (training provided)
- Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
Compensation & Growth- Paid training + uncapped incentive-based earnings after training
- Typical first-year earnings: $63K-$120K
