IM Solutions is located on the Space Coast of Florida just minutes from beautiful east coast beaches.IM Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager to oversee and coordinate AV/IT integration projects from planning through completion. High-performing individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership and a commitment to the company's success will be considered for performance based incentives tied to future business ownership opportunities.Reports to: Operations ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesManage multiple commercial AV/IT installation projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from project kickoff through completion.Lead and manage the Installation department team in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through accountability, coaching, and performance management.Coordinate, prioritize, and allocate personnel, equipment, and project resources to support efficient project execution and on-time delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and labor resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate project status to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.Build, develop, and lead high-performing installation teams by fostering professional growth, accountability, technical excellence, and ongoing training.Support continuous process improvement by implementing and adhering to EOS processes, operational workflows, and performance metrics.Required Qualifications5+ years of proven leadership experience managing commercial AV installation projects10+ years of experience in Audio Visual systems and commercial construction methodologyCTS or CTS-I certification (preferred)Must have a strong understanding of Audio Visual and low voltage systemsMust have a strongunderstanding of IT networks and standardsCoordinate with the Project Engineer to fully understand project scope of work and resolve any site challengesExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirementsProficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS OfficeKnowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilitiesProject Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferredTo Achieve Top-Level Success, You Will Need To:Support, contribute, and comply with the company's entrepreneurs operating system (EOS)Align with the Core Values of IM SolutionsWork well under pressure and maintain the highest standards of integrity and teamsmanshipIM Solutions Core Values AlignmentLife-Long Learning - Personal commitment in learning inspires us to continually growOthers Focused - Building strong realationships with team, customers and communityPositivity - Positive thinking will give us positive resultsSolutionist - Passionate and reliable problem solving is in our DNAPhysical DemandsAbility to drive a company provided fleet vehicle.Ability to load and unload equipment weighing a minimum of 35 pounds.The physical demands of this position are those that are necessary to meet the responsibilities and essential functions of this position.
