Job Description AUDIT SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (Permanent) Our client, an established local CPA firm in WNY, is looking to hire an Audit Senior Accountant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity in their North Towns location with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
Performaudit responsibilities from planning through execution for a wide varietyof clients across many industries
Prepare and reconcilefinancial reports
Ensure all financial statementsare prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles(GAAP)
Developpositive professional relationships with clients, working directly withthem to gather necessary financial information
Collaboratewith other team members to ensure the preparation and review of auditdocumentation is completed in a timely manner
Handleclient inquiries/issues by offering educated answers and resolutions in atimely manner, escalating issues as necessary
Managemultiple audit projects at a time, possessing the ability to move from oneto another with ease
Ensurecompliance is maintained at all times, remaining up-to-date with auditregulations and industry trends
Work well ina team environment as well as independently
Work well in a fast-paced, high-volumeenvironment
Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
Position is full time, direct hire
100% in-office:
Standard40 hours/week
60hours/week during tax season (February 1st - April 15th)with mandatory Saturdays

3+ years' audit experience
Proficient computer skills
Strong organizational andtime management skills
Strong communication andpresentation skills
Strong technical skills
Self-motivated
