Description of Job

This position provides front-line customer service and administrative support for campus parking and transportation operations. Responsibilities include processing parking citations, permits, vehicle registrations, and payments; responding to customer inquiries and resolving account issues; maintaining accurate records; conducting audits to ensure compliance with campus policies; and supporting payment collection and reconciliation activities. The role serves as a key point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of parking and transportation data and systems.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, One (1) year of full-time customer service experience, One (1) year of full-time cash handling or payment processing experience, Valid unencumbered Colorado drivers license.

Conditions of Employment: Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check. Must maintain a valid unencumbered drivers license. Please note that if offered employment, candidates will be required to furnish a copy of their motor vehicle report (MVR) as part of the background check process.
