Job Description

• Support Rockwell-based systems during equipment startup and troubleshooting.
• Execute security tests and platform qualification for Rockwell PLCs and HMIs.
• Assist with C&Q activities
• Validate process and alarm data flow through MQTT broker.
• Work closely with skid vendors for Rockwell system adjustments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs (ControlLogix, FactoryTalk View).
• Knowledge of vendor-packaged skids (Cytiva, Sartorius, Thermo-Fisher) and integration practices.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Unified Namespace architecture.

Nice to Have

• Siemens, Proficy, CopaData, and Codeys experience.

Top 3 must have's:

• Strong experience with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs (ControlLogix, FactoryTalk View)
• Knowledge of vendor-packaged skids (Cytiva, Sartorius, Thermo-Fisher) and integration practices
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Unified Namespace architecture, and Life Science experience especially in C&Q phase.
