Automation Maintenance Technician

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Over 3 Years of Hands-On Industrial Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Automation Skills: Familiarity with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs and Robotics
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Able to Interpret Mechanical Drawings and Electrical Schematics
WORK HOURS: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Monday – Friday
ELIGIBILITY: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial automation machinery and robotic cells.
- Work with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs to identify faults and resolve equipment errors.
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain and optimize pneumatic components and fluid power systems.
- Handle electrical systems, motors, VFDs, and power distribution setups.
- Perform welding for machinery modifications and repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with automated systems and PLC environments.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Reliable work history with a local residency near Brown Deer.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
