Ross Downing Auto Group is on an ambitious path — growing from five stores to 20 by 2040. We're looking for a Marketing Director who can build and execute the campaigns, digital presence, and brand strategy that fuels our expansion. What You'll Own

• Brand strategy & identity
• Digital marketing & paid media
• SEO, SEM & website performance
• Social media & content strategy
• Television, radio & OOH campaigns
• CRM & customer retention programs
• Marketing budget management
• Vendor & agency relationships
• New store launch marketing
• Lead generation & conquest sales

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in automotive marketing
• Collaborative team player
• Ability to grow & lead a department
• Strong digital & traditional media mix
• Data-driven decision maker
• OEM co-op program knowledge
• Dealer management system fluency
• Bachelor's in Marketing or related
