Our high-volume service department is seeking Service Advisors with excellent customer service skills to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, offer special promotions, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicles from service bay entry to completion, and ensure customer satisfaction. Auto dealership Service Advisor experience preferred but not required.
