We strive to meet the needs of our guests by providing a world-class experience and supporting our communities.Responsibilities:Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceGreet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may havePerform vehicle walk-around and MPIDrive the sale of technicians' time to meet department's sales forecastConsult with the customer on applicable service specials.Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service visitsEstablish and maintain a close relationship with the customerKeep the customer informed on completion times and service expensesRemain involved with the delivery of the customer's vehicle upon completionEnsure the customer has a positive dealership experienceSpend quality time building a relationship with the customer.Job Requirements:Minimum of one year of experience as an automotive service advisorToyota experience preferred but not requiredMust have computer proficiencyExemplary customer serviceProven KPI performancePlease submit your resume for consideration.
