You will work with customers daily while helping lead the front‑of‑house team.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise customers on vehicle service and repairs with clarity and integrityLead front counter operations in a fast-paced automotive repair shopCoach and support service advisors on communication, sales, and processOwn customer experience from initial call through vehicle pickupPartner with the Operations Manager to execute shop systems and standardsEnsure consistent customer service and sales executionWhat You OwnStore-level customer experienceFront‑of‑house sales executionAdvisor standards, training, and accountabilityProcess consistency and follow-throughProtecting Buckeye's reputation and cultureYou are not responsible for technician inspection timing or building pricing matrices.
