We'd love to talk to you!About the roleAs an Assistant Store Manager at Babyletto, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our flagship retail location! Your role will focus on business performance, delivering an elevated client experience, and developing the store team while representing Babyletto's core values. You'll act as a proactive partner to the Store Manager, ensuring consistency, accountability, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.Key responsibilitiesProvide product and design assistance to potential parents and growing familiesMaintain a welcoming store environment and provide exceptional service to every guestModel and coach team members on clienteling, selling, and communication standardsCollaborate with the Store Manager to assess business opportunities and develop clear action plans to drive sales resultsReview performance data weekly and share insights and next steps with the Store ManagerConnect and build relationships in Design TradeSupport recruiting, onboarding, and coaching to build a strong, reliable team benchTake ownership of daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and issue escalation.Requirements3+ years of experience in retail management.
