Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead large scale industrial construction projects across the United States. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast paced environments, excels at building client relationships, and has a successful track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Our focus is Auto Manufacturing, Cold Storage, Battery Plants, Warehouses, Data Centers and Facilities. Nationwide travel is a requirement for this position.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all phases of industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and direct field operations alongside superintendents and project teams.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor project performance, financial reporting, forecasting, and change management.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support business development efforts and help strengthen long-term client partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial construction.
  • Experience managing projects such as auto manufacturing, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, processing plants, warehouses, processing facilities, heavy industrial, or related industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple subcontractors and complex project teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
