Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides Comprehensive Youth and Family Support Services to primary caregivers of children and teens with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We serve families across the state of New Jersey andare currently seeking dedicated Bilingual Behavioral Technicians to join our Union County team.
As a Bilingual Behavioral Technician, you will support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center. Providers typically work 5–20 hours per week, with 2–4 hour shifts primarily scheduled in the evenings. Services are hands-off, emotionally supportive, and designed to promote client alertness, engagement, and emotional well-being.
• Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client
• Implement strategies outlined in each child's Individual Support Plan
• Conduct functional assessments, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Use redirection strategies to manage behavioral concerns
• Submit visit notes promptly following each session in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines
• Respond to crises using de-escalation and safety strategies
• Engage clients in interest-based activities to support growth and awareness
• Attend case reviews, team meetings, and required trainings
• Follow all agency protocols, procedures, and professional guidelines

We are excited to offer a $300 sign-on bonus to new Behavioral Technicians who join our team in Union County!
Bonus Structure: • $150 issued after 45 days of active employment • $150 issued after 60 days of active employment • Must meet all eligibility criteria throughout the bonus period
To qualify for the sign-on bonus, employees must: • Complete all onboarding and orientation requirements • Maintain a minimum weekly caseload of 2–3 assigned clients • Stay actively engaged and attend all scheduled sessions • Remain in good standing throughout the bonus period
An employee is considered in good standing if they: • Consistently meet performance expectations and documentation deadlines • Have no active Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) or disciplinary actions • Maintain effective communication with supervisors and families • Comply with all attendance policies and case responsibilities
