Job Full Description

Join a Big Lake, MN company who has been innovating the boating experience for over 30 years! As a Boat Assembly Technician, you'll be building boat parts using a variety of power tools and production equipment in a state-of-the-art facility. This is a physical role that includes lifting up to 40 lbs., operating an overhead crane, and standing/walking for the entire shift.

Schedule

• 1st Shift
• Monday-Friday
• 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay

• $20.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience
• Weekly paychecks every Friday

• Big Lake, MN
• State-of-the-art facility

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build boat parts, sub-systems, and components
• Perform quality checks
• Operate various power tools and production equipment
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand work orders and production reports
• Ability to operate overhead crane
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and reach overhead
• Ability to perform strong pinch and grip
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day
