Branch Administrator — Des Plaines, IL

Reports to: Branch Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $20.00/hour + quarterly bonus opportunities

Every week we're placing people into manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, and skilled trades roles across the area — and the branch runs on the person who keeps all the moving parts organized.

That's this role. As Branch Administrator, you're the operational hub: you keep candidates moving through the pipeline, keep the recruiters supported, and keep the details from slipping. If you like a job where no two days look the same and your work visibly keeps the whole team on track, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Actually Do

• Post job ads and keep openings live and accurate across our platforms
• Field incoming applications and get candidates to the right next step quickly
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and scheduling so nothing stalls
• Support recruiters through the placement process — paperwork, onboarding, follow-up
• Keep candidate and placement records clean and current in our systems
• Be a dependable first point of contact for candidates and the branch team

What We're Looking For

• Sharp attention to detail — you catch what others miss
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication
• Comfort working under real deadlines and hitting targets
• Some familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools (or the aptitude to pick them up fast)
• A team-first mindset — you'd rather win together than shine alone
