Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to help evolve and execute a visual identity across a variety of marketing channels. Working closely with the Art Director and a collaborative creative team, this role will develop engaging, on-brand creative that supports marketing initiatives while maintaining a high standard of visual craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality brand and marketing assets across email, web, social media, paid media, landing pages, print, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Develop creative concepts and execute them through to polished final deliverables.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, and visual assets.
• Adapt creative for various platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Participate in creative reviews and contribute constructive feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain exceptional standards in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design quality.
Qualifications
• 4-6 years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity, and digital marketing work.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with After Effects is considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
• $40.00 per hour
