Capital is looking for a high-energy, people-first BDC Sales Representative who thrives on connection, speed, and results. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand—engaging with customers at the very start of their journey, building excitement, and turning interest into real opportunities for our sales teams. What You'll Be Doing

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
• Connect with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and buying timeline
• Set appointments and create qualified opportunities for the sales team
• Share product knowledge, current promotions, and value-driven solutions
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
• Stay sharp on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer expectations
• Collaborate with sales teams and fellow BDC reps to maximize results
• Jump in and support additional tasks as needed—teamwork is everything here

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a BDC environment (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication skills—you're confident, clear, and engaging on the phone and digitally
• A natural ability to identify opportunities and guide customers toward next steps
• Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed performance goals
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once
• Adaptable and open to new processes, tools, and technology
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
