Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 USD Annual Base + Performance Bonuses +2

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the sustainability and ESG consulting sector. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional capable of identifying new market opportunities and positioning our firm as a leader in social impact and environmental due diligence.

• Experience: 4-6 years in Business Development or Client Management, specifically within ESG, sustainability, or environmental consulting.
• Track Record: Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.
• Education: College Degree required.
• Stability: Minimum of 1 year in previous roles.
