We are looking for someone who loves to solve problems and has an uncanny knack for connecting the dots. As part of our Worldwide Sales Business Transformation group, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage strategic projects within the Sales Transformation portfolio, with a focus on enhancing our content tech ecosystem and related sales processes.
  • Partner closely with sales leaders and other key stakeholders to understand business challenges, elicit detailed requirements, and define optimal future state processes and solutions.
  • Translate high-level business objectives and detailed requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams that engineering teams can effectively implement.
  • Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and present findings and recommendations to various audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering, product management, UX/UI design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales operations, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support change management activities, including developing communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies for new processes and systems.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for projects, and track post-implementation performance to ensure solutions deliver intended business value.
  • Ensure all projects and solutions align with the broader Sales strategy and Apple's overall business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience as business analyst, project management, or program management role, specifically leading complex, cross-functional business transformation projects.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools with a specific focus on upstream/downstream impact and the relationship between multiple functions and/or tools.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ability to effectively collaborate with AI/ML, product, UX, engineering, and analytics teams to guide the development of innovative, technology-driven solutions.
  • Deep expertise in SDLC project management and business analysis (e.g., current state assessment, future state definition, gap analysis, requirements gathering, specifications, user stories, process flows, timelines, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.).
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to investigate data, business, or systems problems to expose root causes and identify solution options.
  • Proven ability to effectively plan, organize, and lead simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and timescales
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience creating polished executive presentations and "storytelling through data" to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
