    Job Title

    Is a first line manager (Line Manager 1) but can be second LM of a team (> 4) with Technical Leadership (Technical) and some Business Operations roles

    Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with others

    Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager

    This is typically a Assignment with significantly more authority and responsibility at this Assignment level. It should be selected to recognize differences which are not enough to be represented by a separate Assignment level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact to the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc. May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates.

    Assignment Family Group: P&O Relates to the organization's plans, procedures, programs, controls, and records regarding acquisition, retention, utilization, talent management and productivity of its prospective, current and former Associates.

    Assignment Family: Systems Provides support related to the Global Human Resources Information Systems including but not limited to reporting, analysis, and maintenance of data; integration and optimization of systems, data and processes; and training and support of Power Users.

    Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administration & Reporting Human Resources Information Systems Administration & Reporting (HRIS) work focuses on vendor selection, configuring, maintaining, and generating reports for an HR information system including:

    • Processing employee information and maintaining employee records in the HRIS
    • Preparing statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS involving skills, pay grade, performance data, payroll information, and other employee records
    • Ensuring the accuracy of HR information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures
