About the Role:
Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality cardiovascular patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing coordination, workflow efficiency, and patient care processes.
Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes and operational success.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation requirements, HIPAA regulations, and quality initiatives.
Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff while promoting professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Match:
Current, unencumbered Louisiana LPN or RN license.
