Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, muffins, breads, and pastries.
• Decorate cakes and specialty desserts according to customer orders and bakery standards.
• Create custom designs using buttercream, fondant, piping, and other decorating techniques.
• Prepare fillings, frostings, glazes, and toppings.
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes and production schedules.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous baking and cake decorating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and decorating methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with strong artistic skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Food Handler's Permit preferred (or ability to obtain one).
