    Position Details

    Position Overview

    TheCare Navigatoris responsible for driving referral development, sales activity, and marketing support within an assigned territory. This role partners with healthcare providers, school systems, community organizations, and other referral sources to promoteAveanna Educational Servicesand connect schools and students with qualified educational professionals. The Care Navigator plays a key role in expanding market presence, increasing referrals, and supporting staffing initiatives by developing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the territory. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth while collaborating with operational leadership to support successful staffing outcomes and overall business objectives.

    Essential Job Functions

    • PromoteAveanna Educational Servicesto existing and prospective referral sources to achieve established monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and growth goals.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners, including but not limited to:

    • School district administrators

    • Directors of Special Education

    • School principals and educational support staff

    • Community agencies and educational organizations

    • Healthcare providers and community partners supporting school-aged children

    • Partner closely with recruiting and operational teams to understand staffing needs and align business development efforts with the availability of qualified educational professionals.

    • Identify opportunities for new business, service expansion, and increased market penetration throughout the assigned territory.

    • Conduct presentations, in-services, and educational meetings for school districts, community partners, and referral sources regarding the services offered by Aveanna Educational Services.

    • Represent Aveanna at local, regional, and statewide conferences, networking events, career fairs, and industry meetings as assigned.

    • Develop and execute territory-specific sales and market development plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, referral development efforts, and pipeline updates using company CRM and reporting tools.

    • Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding market trends, competitive intelligence, referral activity, and business development opportunities.

    • Represent Aveanna within the educational and healthcare communities with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional service.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

    • Previous experience in healthcare sales, education services, staffing, business development, or account management preferred.

    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop referral networks, and manage a sales territory.

    • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
