YOUR ROLE AS A CAREGIVER

As a Caregiver, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible at home. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care and daily activities
• Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
• Preparing meals and assisting with grocery shopping
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Supporting clients with dementia or cognitive impairments
• Following individual care plans and safety protocols
• Completing accurate shift documentation and timely updates
• Communicating with the office regarding client needs and changes in condition

You will play an important role in helping clients maintain their dignity and continue living in the place they call home.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Caregiver who is:

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working with older adults
• Able to follow care plans and safety procedures
• Willing to learn and participate in training
• Positive, patient, and respectful
• Able to provide quality care with the client's dignity in mind

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Not registered as an HCA yet? No problem. If you have caregiving experience but are not currently registered, stop by our Open House and speak with our team about the registration process and available opportunities.
