    Description

    Casino Database Marketing Manager

    The Casino Database Marketing Manager is responsible for the preparation, design, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives within the Casino, Hotel, Marketing, and other areas to provide and optimize insights for key decision-making. This role involves validating data proofs for direct mail campaigns, developing strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring the integrity of the database.

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Casino Database Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and analytics, coupled with experience in the gaming or hospitality industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools; Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.

    Essential Job Functions:

    1. Manage the planning, development, production, and targeting for all mass and direct marketing efforts.
    2. Use SQL and databases in analyzing various data sources to develop queries and procedures for extracting and communicating required information.
    3. Develop and maintain ad-hoc analyses, create dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings on a recurring schedule.
    4. Support our marketing initiatives through data-driven strategies, helping to enhance customer engagement, optimize marketing campaigns, and boost overall performance.
    5. Review and interpret results from marketing initiatives and evaluate performance of mass hotel and direct marketing efforts and recommend improvements; oversees promotional pro forma and post analysis efforts, host coding, and other key parts of the marketing analytics infrastructure.
    6. Manage and maintain the integrity of the customer database, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting for marketing efforts.
    7. Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

    Customer Service Expectations:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement data-driven campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and maximizing customer value.
    • Present data findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

    Physical Demands:

    The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts; driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.

    Work Environment:

    The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. The work environment involves exposure to secondhand smoke in a casino. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
