- Central Service Technician CST

Pay Rate: $30.40 / hour

Shifts Available:

• 
  8-Hours Days, Weekends and Holidays
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Must work every other weekend and holidays.
  
• 
  With a minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in a community-based acute care hospital as a CST.
  
• 
  Should be fully committed to working a Per Diem assignment.
  

Required Certifications:

• 
  Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or
  
• 
  Certificate confirming successful completion of a sterile processing course
  
• 
  AHA BLS
  
• 
  MAB or CPI
  
• 
  LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City Fire)
  
• 
  Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date
  

Responsibilities:

• 
  Will be responsible for the overall cleaning, decontamination, sterilization, case cart pulling, assembly, packaging, restocking supplies, and dispensing of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies needed for surgical procedures in surgery and related departments such as Operating Rooms, Procedural Areas, Inpatient and Clinic Units.
