Description
Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the organization. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $33 to $36 per hour.
Job Description:
- Invoice processing and recording
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Collaborate with internal departments to secure necessary approvals for invoices
- Schedule and prepare payments to vendors
- Maintain meticulous records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing
- A minimum of 2years of experience in Accounting
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated, accountable, organized, and focused
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
