    Elastic is seeking a Channels & Alliances Manager to own the channel motion for Austin, TX and surrounding region. You will be the connective tissue between Elastic sellers, partner ecosystem, and customers, building partner-sourced pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and turning partner strategy into repeatable plays the field uses.You will own inbound partner onboarding, co-author joint business plans, empower partners with enablement and assets, and ensure Elastic sellers adopt them.#J-18808-Ljbffr
