(Classified) Full Time Maintenance

TITLE: Full Time Lead Maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates aptitude for successful completion of assigned tasks. HVAC and or Electrical experience preferred with certifications.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities

JOB GOALS: To repair district facilities and equipment and construct new district facilities as assigned.

PAY GRADE: Refer to the Support Salary Schedule

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Do needed repair or maintenance on district owned facilities and equipment as directed.

2. Perform regular preventative maintenance on district owned equipment and facilities.

3. Be responsible for and care for district owned tools, leased vehicle and materials used in the performance of assigned tasks.

4. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Maintenance or the Director of Support Services and Crew Chief

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Twelve months a year.
