Description
Lockbox Clerk
Performs all Lockbox Clerk functions under the direction of the Supervisor. Must have knowledge of all department systems equipment. Banking and accounting experience is a MUST.
Clerks can earn up to $13.75 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have thorough knowledge of all department equipment including Trans. Remittance Processors, OPS (mail opening processor), Image Scanner Processor and all PC equipment.
Monitor all work performance of Lockbox for accuracy and productivity in compliance to that of the contract
Process work being transmitted accurately through batch control.
Make sure all payments received are secured in the Lockbox area.
Assist in the training of new staff members
Work under the direction of the Supervisor and Lead.
