Locations:Lebanon/Manheim, Williamstown,Pine Grove,Myerstown, Manheim, Mechanicsburg, Lebanon, Palmyra
Role Overview
You will help coordinate client care schedules, support communication between caregivers and families, and ensure accurate and timely documentation. This role is essential in keeping daily care operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
-Coordinate and adjust client schedules to ensure consistent daily coverage
-Act as the main point of contact for families and caregivers regarding service updates
-Track changes in client needs and update care plans accordingly
-Handle incoming scheduling requests, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments
-Keep client records organized, complete, and up to date in the system
-Work closely with office staff to support smooth daily operations and staffing coordination
-Communicate important updates clearly to ensure continuity of care
-Assist in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or service gaps
