Client Services / Hospitality RepresentativeLocation: New York Office - Midtown Manhattan (1325 Avenue of the Americas, between 53rd & 54th Street)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Classification: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do:- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage high-volume phone contact, routing calls and taking messages.
- Reserve, organize, and prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Ensure conference rooms, reception, and kitchen pantries are maintained to firm standards.
- Provide general administrative support including light typing, photocopying, filing, and special projects as needed.
- Assist with coordinating hospitality services for meetings, including beverage and supply stocking.
What You'll Bring:- Prior experience in a client-facing or hospitality-focused role, preferably in a law firm or corporate office.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional demeanor with a polished, client-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability and a team-first approach to workplace support.
