Perform complex assessment, investigation, consultation, and planning duties in both behavioral health (BH) and developmental services (DS) settings to facilitate the coordination and implementation of the Department's human rights procedures. Conduct clinically informed follow up regarding incident events. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. DBHDS Office of Licensing, DBHDS Office of Human Rights.
