TOPS Staffing is hiring a skilled CNC Programmer for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in the Pittsburgh area. This role supports two nearby facilities and offers the chance to work on a variety of equipment, parts, and projects. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on programmer who can take ownership of both programming and shop floor support.
As a CNC Programmer, you will develop and optimize programs using CAD/CAM software while also assisting with setups, tooling, and troubleshooting. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality production across both locations.
