    Description

    Role Description The Residential HVAC Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. Day-to-day work includes diagnosing system issues, performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, checking refrigerant levels, verifying proper airflow, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. The technician will interact directly with customers, explain findings and recommendations, and complete service documentation and reports accurately. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, requiring regular travel to customer residences within the service area.Paid Vacation/PTOWork boot allowance every yearActual Manufacturing Certification such as Aaron, Mitsubishi, Hoshizaki etcAnd more !Qualifications Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.Experience with plumbing related to HVAC systems, such as condensate drainage and connections.Preventive maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, filter changes, and system tuning.Knowledge of electricity and safe working practices with wiring, controls, and HVAC electrical components.EPA certification for handling refrigerants can also be earned by our onsite teaching.Previous experience as an HVAC technician.Must have a strong attention to detail and safety.Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in clear terms.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.Relevant technical training or certification in HVAC ISA plus, however ability to adapt and to learn are more relevant.#J-18808-Ljbffr
