Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Account Manager to join our dynamic, employee-owned team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects-from accurate cost estimating to successful project delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Electrical construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and contractors. You will collaborate closely with field teams, and clients to ensure that all estimates, schedules, and deliverables align with project specifications, safety standards, and budgetary goals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead project estimating using Accubid and coordinate design-build solutions.
Manage all phases of project execution including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communication.
Conduct project turnover meetings and ensure field teams are aligned with project goals.
Maintain job cost projections and support billing and collections.
Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with company and industry standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Foreman, Estimator, or Project Manager in commercial/industrial electrical contracting.
Proficient in Accubid, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows OS.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varied physical environments.
