Commercial Janitorial Technician – Part-Time Evenings – $13–$15/hr

Location: Henderson, NC (Vance County) Schedule: Part-Time | Evening Shifts | Monday–Friday Pay: $13–$15/hour (DOE)

Job Overview

CornerClean, LLC is expanding our team and accepting applicationsfor Commercial Janitorial Technicians to support upcoming opportunities in Henderson, NC.

This position focuses on providing professional cleaning services across multiple buildings. Team members will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments by performing routine janitorial duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas.

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team. Applicants selected for this opportunity will be among the first considered as new positions become available.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, and common areas across multiple buildings
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain hard and carpeted floors
• Dust and disinfect high-touch surfaces and shared spaces
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies
• Clean interior glass, entryways, and common areas
• Follow cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
