Uptown Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experience CNA to provide personalized, one-on-one care.

What You'll Do
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
- Provide medication reminders according to the established plan of care
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, changing linens, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
- Observe and promptly report changes in a client's physical, mental, or emotional condition
- Follow the client's individualized plan of care
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, dignity, and confidentiality
