What You'll Expect
As a Compliance & Licensing Coordinator you will support the Compliance Manager in administering and monitoring the Company's overall Compliance and Licensing Program. This role will play a key part in ensuring adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, charitable gaming initiatives, policies, obtaining licenses and renewing licenses across all departments. This role supports all compliance-related functions including but not limited to internal controls, promotions, licensing, Title 31/AML and responsible gaming.
What You'll Do
Observe all departments for adherence to SOPs and ICs
Conduct audits of all departments for adherence to SOPs and ICs
Review reports, transactions, promotional documentation and operational records for adherence to regulatory LOTs, RSAs and ICs
Identify and document control weaknesses, compliance gaps and operational risks
Assist with SOPs to correct control weaknesses, compliance gaps and operational risks
Support audit responses and documentation requests
Assist with Title 31/AML monitoring, including but not limited to, SARs, MTLs, CTRs, and documentation
Assist with all aspects of licensing for all departments including but not limited to charity partners, gaming licenses, liquor, meals & tax, occupancy, GOE, GOC, Facility, VLT, HHR and EGMs
Build and maintain relationships with donors and partners
Review promotions and player incentives for compliance with regulatory officials
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of experience in the Casino Industry in finance, gaming and/or cage
2+ years of experience in audit, risk management, accounting, gaming operations or a regulated industry
Strong organizational, attention to detail, communication and documentation skills
Ability to interpret regulations and apply operationally
Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn new platforms and CMS software
What We Require
Ability to obtain and maintain an NH Gaming License and Badge
Ability to adapt from an office setting to casino floor setting within the same workday
Ability to maintain focus on revolving priorities, attention to detail, ability to work independently or within a team structure
Ability to walk the gaming floor, observe, mental audits and travel between properties as needed
